Mission Lodge Alzheimer/Dementia Center currently provides family support groups for Residents family members and the community at large. This is free service to the community supported by Mission Lodge. It is facilitated by Dr Lawrence Schulte, Ph.D., who is the consulting Psychologist to Mission Lodge.

Dr. Schulte is a clinical health psychologist currently in practice at the Center for Adult Development in Pasdena. His area's of research and specilaization are in Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. He has lectured extensively on both the East and West Coasts and recently completed a turn as a Assitant Clinical Professor at the California School of Professional Psychology before returning to private practice.

Current Support Group Meeting are as follows:

Support Group For Caregivers
Held on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of every month from 10am to 11:30am

Support Group for Adult Children
Held on the 2nd and 4th Wensdays of every month from 6pm to 7:30pm
